Hoverpen Interstellar reimagines the ballpoint pen as a functional installation art piece. This unique writing tool balances itself without electricity at a striking 23.5 degree angle, echoing Earth's axial tilt. Crafted from aircraft grade aluminum and a proprietary neodymium magnet system, its futuristic form strikes a delicate balance of precision engineering and modern artistry.
Robot and Roboni redefine the everyday pencil sharpener by blending functionality with playful design. Robot, the boy, features a 360 degree rotating head, symbolizing the spinning away of worries, while its movable hands and chubby face add a touch of charm to any desk. Vector Scissors combine the guiding precision of a paper guillotine with the versatility of handheld scissors. The handle can be pressed against the edge of a table, stabilizing both the hand and the blades. This allows for a controlled, linear cutting motion using the table as a guide, ensuring straight cuts with ease. Extensive research into scissor mechanics, blade orientation, and ergonomics led to a refined design that enhances precision without altering traditional functionality.
Lumin is a design made 100 percent from alluminium. Without a mechanism, the elasticity of the material is used to hold the graphite. It is produced using different numerical control machining processes, with a manual finish in each one of them. Identified with its engraved serial number and accompanied by packaging that authenticates its originality. Its designer wanted to represent in Lumin the emotion of emptiness. A fragment of the brilliance that lives in each person, not perfect but authentic. In this way Lumin invites introspection and personal reflection.
The traditional compass has a sharp point that can punch a hole in the paper when drawing shapes. Exlicon doesn't have a sharp point so it won't damage paper. The tool also prevents the circle's center from slipping when used to draw. Exlicon consists of a base, long/short ruler, and water drop-shaped ruler. Magnets connect the wings and base for drawing geometries. The tool can precisely and accurately draw ellipses, circles in over 50 dimensions, and over 100 different sizes of arcs.
